As Leslee Udwin speaks, she says that women are held back by men who have power and the entitlements and believe that they are entitled. The society conveniently relegates women to be the nurturers and homemakers. The whole bias of the world goes against women being equal participants in the society and that is the root cause, the same mindset that says women are of a lesser value.
