Educated women have got into taking care of their families to such an extent where they have lost the certainty to return into this present world and pursue their professional careers. Shine isn’t a traditional women’s leadership program, it is an exciting experiential journey that will empower women to unlock self-limiting beliefs and create fearless cultures where men and women can tap into both their masculine and feminine leadership energies for creativity and transformation.

Shine will take participants on a journey of self discovery and self mastery. It will enable them to understand and leverage their core strengths to become authentic leaders and role models that bring their whole-selves to work and empower everyone around them to do the same.

We provide every Shine participant to have an opportunity of becoming part of a growing global alumni of female leaders and also to join the Round Table ‘Global Shine Initiative’ where they will be able to explore and contribute ideas for making real change happen in the world.
